How to Travel on an Antarctic Cruise

If you're wondering how you're supposed to get around in Antarctica then you are wondering for good reason-99% of the continent is ice, most of which hasn't even been explored in centuries. Antarctica is literally a freezing dessert, the highest place on earth, the coldest and the most arid. However, once you get past the icy wilderness you will be treated to the most breathtaking sights. You will travel the Antarctic by cruise ship or aircraft and will be accompanied by experienced expedition leaders who will plan a safe itinerary for you. Some people have even traveled with the help of ponies and dog sleds. One more thing to remember before you take an Antarctic cruise: bundle up and time yourself to sleep. Sometimes the sun shines for 24 hours straight!
